We understand that construction drawings, tender packages, and bid estimates contain sensitive commercial information. PDF drawing sets uploaded to your private BidScore workspace are used solely to generate your quantity takeoffs, trade breakdowns, cost estimates, and addendum comparisons. Your uploaded drawings and supplier CSV pricing sheets are 100% private by default and are never shared with other contractors or third parties.
We collect account registration details (name, company name, email address, trade classification, and region in Canada), billing metadata processed securely via Stripe, and the project files you upload for analysis.
BidScore complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). All uploads and reports are transmitted over TLS encryption and stored in access-controlled cloud storage. You may delete your uploaded drawing packages and reports from your workspace at any time.
